The Haus Auto Group in Canfield, Ohio is looking for several CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED, MOTIVATED AND ENERGETIC people for AUTOMOTIVE SALES positions. Our dealership sells high quality automobiles; we have high ethical standards and have a great clientele. Our customer reviews are exceptional!
REQUIREMENTS:
• Great personality
• 2-5 years of experience in a customer service or sales role (restaurant, retail, call center etc.); previous automotive sales experience is not necessary.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A basic understanding of sales techniques (including direct sales, cross-selling and overcoming objections).
• Proven job stability including 1 year with past employer.
• No criminal background.
WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER:
• Draw-based pay with commission compensation. Monthly bonuses and aggressive pay plans. Our successful sales people earn between $40,000.00 and $100,000.00 annually.
