They aim to please, and make sure all their customers are satisfied. The facility is always neat, clean, and quiet.. Great professional atmosphere. Staff is very friendly and easy to be around. Bought my first car ever, and had an overall good experience with Steven Silvestri and the dealership. He was very friendly and helpful. The only thing was when I was given my car it was on E. Since I just spent money on the car I feel they could of given me at least half a tank of gas so I could get to where I needed to go instead of straight to the gas station leaving the dealership.

Personally, the silver, Tiffany-made Pete Rozelle Trophy is nice, but if we were Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco, we'd rather have the keys to the 2014 Corvette Stingray.
In keeping with tradition, the MVP of the Super Bowl always gets the cup and the car. But this year, it's no ordinary Corvette.
Flacco becomes one of the first to own the star of last month's North American International Auto Show. The new Corvette has sports-car fans salivating -- and Flacco gets a bright red one. Like Flacco, the car offers super-performance -- 450 horsepower and zero to 60 mph acceleration in four seconds.
It comes to him from Banner Chevrolet, a dealership that was wiped out, losing 650 new vehicles and its used-car inventory, when Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans in 2005. It was chosen to present the car.
"Banner Chevrolet and the entire city of New Orleans have been through so much since the storm, we felt this was a small gesture to bring the comeback story full circle," said Alan Batey, a GM vice president, in a statement. "With the Super Bowl in his backyard, we couldn't think of a better guy to have the honor of awarding the MVP with his Corvette Stingray."
Banner Chevrolet was of the largest losses ever recorded for a dealership in the United States and recently completed a massive multimillion-dollar renovation with state-of-the-art technology. Banner is the only Chevrolet dealer in Orleans Parrish.

Great service after the sale...

I was searching for a used jeep liberty for my mother in law. Chris had several on the lot, but unfortunately not the color she wanted. Chris bent over backwards to find the color she wanted with low miles and the lowest price in the area. An easy transaction. Had an issue with the heater around 15 months later and the service team worked with the dealer to have the repairs performed under warranty. Any other used car dealership would have directed you to the closest dealer to let you deal with the issue on your own. That is why i will continue to send friends and family to Haus auto group. Most used car dealers in this area are quite unresponsive unless you walk in as a buyer. This was definitly not the case in my experience, great experience before, during, and after the sale.

I had recently purchased a new chrysler 300 in June of 2012. I am a big guy being 6-7 and having an hour drive to work every day made being in that car not quite as comfortable as I remembered the test drive being. So, I got in contact with Dom Yazbek over at Haus Automotive in Canfield, explained to him exactly what I wanted and within a week, he had the car there detailed and ready for me to look at. It was just what I was looking for and the next day I went up and signed the paperwork and drove off in my new Escalade!! Couldn't have had a much easier and great car buying experience!

He met every one of my demands with no hesitation and was not pushy when it came to the final decision. Id rather buy from haus auto than any other dealer....ive purchased 2 vehicles there and plan on purchasing my next couple..they work with you for approval...and will get you financed......they always kept their word and did everything they said they would....clean and reliable vehicles aswell...i do not have one bad thing to say about them...nothing but an excellent experience there...its Fantastic...the excellent experiences ive had there make me not want to ever deal with the big dealers and the the headaches that go with them..at haus its smooth easy and no hassle....ask for frank when you go in...hes the best..

Frank at Haus Auto group was very helpful & patient. When I went to look for a car I had no clue of what type of car I wanted, but Frank new I wanted a newer car. He really looked for a car that I would love & didn?t just try to sell me anything. I love the car I purchased from Haus Auto Group & I thank Frank for helping me make the process much easier.

Great service after the sale...

I was searching for a used jeep liberty for my mother in law. Chris had several on the lot, but unfortunately not the color she wanted. Chris bent over backwards to find the color she wanted with low miles and the lowest price in the area. An easy transaction. Had an issue with the heater around 15 months later and the service team worked with the dealer to have the repairs performed under warranty. Any other used car dealership would have directed you to the closest dealer to let you deal with the issue on your own. That is why i will continue to send friends and family to Haus auto group. Most used car dealers in this area are quite unresponsive unless you walk in as a buyer. This was definitly not the case in my experience, great experience before, during, and after the sale.

I was in the market for a used car and it was bad luck on top of bad luck until I came to Haus. I was treated with respect and never felt under pressure to purchase a vehicle like I was visiting other used car dealers. The customer service was outstanding and the deal on my car was great! I would definitely recommend this dealer and dealership to a friend, and come back myself when buying my next vehicle.

Bought this on the Internet it waswhat they said it was nice car.Frank Crone m sales man was easy to deal with.We set a meet point and they delivered the car to me.Everything went great i would recomend this dealership to any one and would buy another car from them.

Your facility was very clean and all the employees were very respectable and welcoming. I wish they would of had a place i could let my children sit and either watch tv or play games. But overall my experience was very good.

Great experience

I had recently purchased a new chrysler 300 in June of 2012. I am a big guy being 6-7 and having an hour drive to work every day made being in that car not quite as comfortable as I remembered the test drive being. So, I got in contact with Dom Yazbek over at Haus Automotive in Canfield, explained to him exactly what I wanted and within a week, he had the car there detailed and ready for me to look at. It was just what I was looking for and the next day I went up and signed the paperwork and drove off in my new Escalade!! Couldn't have had a much easier and great car buying experience!

Mercedes takes early U.S. luxury lead after outselling BMW
DETROIT -- Mercedes-Benz sales surged 11 percent in January, getting an early jump on its effort to top BMW in U.S. luxury auto sales for the year.
Mercedes said it delivered 22,501 vehicles last month, its best January, helped by sales of the C-Class sedan, which rose 11 percent to 7,214.
Brand sales for BMW increased 0.7 percent to 16,513 vehicles, boosted by a 56 percent gain for its X5 sport-utility vehicle. Toyota Motor Corp.'s Lexus rose 32 percent to 16,211, led by the ES sedan, which more than doubled to 5,186 deliveries.
The two German automakers are vying to be the top luxury- auto brand in the U.S. after outselling Lexus the past two years. BMW vaulted to its second consecutive U.S. luxury crown with a December surge. Mercedes had the lead after November. Lexus was the top-selling luxury brand in the U.S. for 11 years until natural disasters in Asia curtailed production in 2011.
"We've set another record this January and are breaking into 2013 at a strong sales pace," Steve Cannon, CEO of Mercedes-Benz USA, said in a statement.
The sales results don't include Daimler's cargo vans and Smart cars and BMW's Mini brand, which aren't luxury vehicles.
