Haus Auto Group Reviews !!!!

Frank Crone and all the guys were awesome
By Lauren O from Boardman, OH | February 22, 2013

Frank Crone and all the guys at Haus are a total win! From the moment I walked in, I felt like everyone in there was listening to what I wanted and what I was able to afford and never once did I feel manipulated or bullied (as women tend to feel when purchasing a vehicle). They worked with me from the very beginning and I felt like family by the time the process was complete. I can't wait until it's time for me to buy another car so I can go back and see them

2014 jeep!!

DETROIT -- Chrysler Group revealed photographs and the name of its replacement for the Jeep Liberty on Friday after photographs of the 2014 Jeep Cherokee showed up on auto enthusiast Web sites earlier in the day.
The automaker had hoped to keep the mid-sized SUV -- and its name -- secret until a planned reveal at the New York auto show next month. However, photos of several 2014 Cherokees taken during pre-production at Chrysler's Toledo North Assembly plant were unveiled Friday morning on the site Jalopnik.com.
The automaker released few details today in revealing the name, but included four official photos of the new vehicle and said it will begin arriving in dealerships in the third quarter.
Automotive News has previously reported that the Cherokee would be powered by a 3.2-liter V-6 engine based on Chrysler's 3.6-liter Pentastar engine, as well as an all-new 9-speed front-wheel-drive automatic transmission designed by ZF Friedrichshafen.
The Cherokee is scheduled to go into production in May.
Online reaction to the leaked photographs was less than stellar. Late this afternoon, Ralph Gilles, Chrysler's head of design, tweeted "have faith" to a Jeep enthusiast who had expressed disappointment with the design.
"We are shifting some paradigms around... it is time," Gilles tweeted.

The Cherokee will be powered by a 3.2-liter V-6 engine based on Chrysler's 3.6-liter Pentastar engine.
Automotive News and other publications were shown pre-production versions of the Cherokee in mid-December under an embargo that was to hold until the vehicle was revealed at the New York auto show.
Automotive News will continue to honor the remaining embargoed material.

Warren Buffett beefs up GM stake to 25 million shares

Berkshire's GM shares are worth about $694 million based on Thursday's closing price.
DETROIT -- Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway Inc. has acquired 10 million more shares of General Motors, lifting its holdings in the company to 25 million shares.

The latest investment -- disclosed in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing on Thursday -- comes as the U.S. government unloads a portion of its stake in the company.

GM shares fell 3.2 percent, or 92 cents, to $27.75 on Thursday in New York Stock Exchange trading following the release of the company's fourth-quarter and 2012 financial results. The shares rose 1 cent today to $27.76.

Berkshire's GM shares are worth about $694 million based on Thursday's closing price, making it among the automaker's biggest shareholders.

Buffett is well known as a value investor with patience and a long-term view of equity markets.

Berkshire Hathaway is also a partial owner of BYD Co., a Chinese carmaker that specializes in electric vehicles.

Berkshire acquired 10 million shares of GM in early 2012 at an average price of $25.66 and purchased another 5 million shares in the third quarter of 2012.

GM Chairman and CEO Dan Akerson, a former managing director at private equity firm Carlyle Group, told The Detroit News in a 2012 interview that Buffett was a "wise investor" with a "track record to prove it."

In December, the U.S. Treasury announced it would sell 200 million of its 500 million shares in GM for $5.5 billion.

The U.S. government, which bailed GM out in 2008 and 2009, still owns about 19 percent of the automaker.

On Thursday, Buffett shook up the investment world by teaming up with investor 3G Capital to buy ketchup and food products giant H.J. Heinz Co. in a deal valued at $28 billion when including debt assumption.

First 2014 Corvette Stingray Wrecked

The 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray has only just arrived and is continuing to headline most automotive news sites. It is so new, journalists have not yet been abke to get their hands on it. The last thing we expect though is a crash involving this newly introduced Corvette C7. This is not the case however as Corvetteblogger.com have posted a photo of the Corvette stingray involved in a crash. They found this picture posted by Digital Corvette’s member “gpetry” who says a friend in Arizona had emailed the photo to him last week.

The Corvette is one of the three that we showed you some time back. They were the first to appear on public roads, a few days after the Detroit debut.

The details are not clear as to what caused the crash but the description from the source read;

Driving through some mountains in Arizona about 30 minutes ago. In some tight switchbacks when we passed this ’14 Vette. Cop had just arrived. Car is in worse shape than looks. Hit guardrail on left and bounced back to rocks.

Somebody had a bad day…

The C7 has 450hp from its new generation LT1 GM V8 engine. As a result, the new car surpasses the previous generation base C6 substantially in every performance aspect and is able to launch to 100km/h in under four seconds, but does this incident raise curiosity of its safety or is it one of those driver mistakes? Well, we only have to wait for more information to emerge.
