The Haus Auto Group in Canfield, Ohio is looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED, MOTIVATED AND ENERGETIC people for an AUTOMOTIVE SALES position. Our dealership sells high quality automobiles; we have high ethical standards and have a great clientele. Our customer reviews are exceptional!
REQUIREMENTS:
Great personality
2-5 years of experience in a customer service or sales role (restaurant, retail, call center etc.); previous automotive sales experience is not necessary.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A basic understanding of sales techniques (including direct sales, cross-selling and overcoming objections).
Proven job stability including 1 year with past employer.
No criminal background.
WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER:
Draw-based pay with commission compensation. Monthly bonuses and aggressive pay plans. Our successful sales people earn between $40,000.00 and $100,000.00 annually.
