Frank was very tentative in making sure that the vehicle I wanted was available for me to purchase. I was a little uptight during the process but Frank reasured me that everyhthing would work out and he made me feel confident that the vehicle I was purchasing was a good buy and fit for me. He was very patient with me and all the questions that I asked. The finance department rocks! I'm satifised and happy that Haus Auto Group made this a great experience.
